The parts department here is AWESOME. The guys back there know their stuff, and inventory is great. Half the time, they don't even have to order the parts I need for my saws. And when they do, or never takes very long. Riggs is the jam. Thanks guys!

After a few changes and now new faces, Rigg's service is finally up to par. Fully Stocked with equipment and ready to sell. Covid had everyone's inventory down and Rigg's was no exception. Great way to bounce back Rigg's after a couple brutal years for thr whole industry.

Not my phone, but very unprofessional. They dropped off the company mower which didn't have gas to begin with. When I went to start it the mower didn't want to start. Had to drive there to pick up a part that was the issue. They gave me the wrong solenoid. The solenoid they gave me was a snapper replacement not for a Craftsman which will not work at all. Now they can bring the actual replacement part back to me an give the one they sold me back. I will be looking for a new company to work on future problems.

I bought my Zero Turn Hustler Raptor in April 2016. I have it serviced by Riggs every Winter to maintain warranty. Mind you, I only mow my lawn with this mower and I don't abuse it. The last several years they have been quoting me $700 - $1000 in repairs, which I pay! I think that they not only have salesman to sell new units, but they sell you service, that is in my mind, questionable. I wouldn't have my equipment serviced there if you have a choice.

Bryan is absolutely amazing. I've stopped in several times asking about different attachments he remembers my name and has more knowledge about these tractors than you can imagine. The service and customer service has been second to none. I would highly recommend purchasing though riggs.
