“Just did our first time boarding after years of grooming. We are thrilled to have such an amazing option for our pups to get quality care at affordable prices. Some of these local places want the same amount of the vacation just to watch your dogs. Finally the fact that Maggie was willing to from our dogs and have them ready for pick up on a holiday is just rare customer service you see in today's world. She does a phenomenal job grooming our retrievers and truly cares about her job! I hope Pet Haven takes good care of her because she is an amazing asset to their facility. I also love that I can take my kids in and let them see/hold/touch critters and not just look behind the glass. Ken is great if you have a salty tank. He's extremely knowledgeable and the only local source I would recommend for beginners to get interested in the hobby. Over all this is a fantastic lil gem tucked away down the rural part of 6. It's a fun stop to see what they have or if you need any animal services.”

“I really wish I could rate higher than a 5/5. When the time comes, we will do it all again here! From the very beginning we had such an amazing experience. Our pup is coming up on 1 yo and he is the BEST dog we could ask for. He is healthy, extremely smart, and such a great companion. The owner was very knowledgeable about the dogs, the breeders, and any of the hounded of questions we had. The store is clean, and safely set up for the puppies and customers. The staff is very kind, and you can tell they all deeply care for the puppies. When we left with our sweet boy we were given a ton of valuable info including breeder information, new puppy FAQ/ things to watch out for, a supply of his previous high quality food to help transition him in into his new food, and much more. Nothing goes unthought of, and you leave feeling confident in this next adventure! Truly could not be more thankful as we have a very happy, healthy dog to love on!”
