Just did our first time boarding after years of grooming. We are thrilled to have such an amazing option for our pups to get quality care at affordable prices. Some of these local places want the same amount of the vacation just to watch your dogs. Finally the fact that Maggie was willing to from our dogs and have them ready for pick up on a holiday is just rare customer service you see in today's world. She does a phenomenal job grooming our retrievers and truly cares about her job! I hope Pet Haven takes good care of her because she is an amazing asset to their facility. I also love that I can take my kids in and let them see/hold/touch critters and not just look behind the glass. Ken is great if you have a salty tank. He's extremely knowledgeable and the only local source I would recommend for beginners to get interested in the hobby. Over all this is a fantastic lil gem tucked away down the rural part of 6. It's a fun stop to see what they have or if you need any animal services.

I brought my giant breed in for grooming. I can't find a thing to complain about. Congratulations from a very picky old man! And to top that off their charges were reasonable. Way to go!

One of the only places I’ll board my dogs!!! Maggie and Matt are amazing, the whole team is!!! Fully trust them with my babies. I drive from Chicago here just to leave them in the best care.

I got so tired of buying fish from other pet stores and a week later my tank was covered with ich. And it's not even the pet stores fault It's where they get their fish from. I found pet Haven and I will never buy fish at another pet store ever again. For one it's not the same everyday fish you see at the pet store they have a huge variety of fish some can be expensive but they are very well taken care of totally worth the money.

Love this place. Staff is very knowledgeable And they are always happy and willing to answer any questions. I’ve recently purchased a ball python And couldn’t be more in love He’s a great eater, and is very sweet and easy to handle. Would definitely buy from them again!

What an old fashioned family owned small business. I’ve been going there for 30 years. The staff is AWESOME. The prices are better than the corporate owned out the. What a great place. You ought to try them out for yourselves. Ty

I bought a crested gecko from there on Friday, and we named it Maliketh. Very healthy, and is okay with being handled. I bought a white's tree frog from here 6 years prior, and he's doing great as well. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, so I knew this store would be great a second time. Maliketh has a great personality so far, and I love him dearly.

We LOVE the Pet Haven Pet Shop! We bought our beautiful pied ball python, Athena, from them! She has an amazing temperament, she's very sweet and curious. I took her to the vet for a well-check and she is in perfect health. Thank you Pet Haven Pet Shop! We love her so much! Another thing I love about this pet shop, even when I'm just wanting to come by to look around, they will show me the snakes, let me hold them, I just appreciate this place and their willingness to allow us to interact with the reptiles without intent to buy at that moment. Most pet shops won't let you interact with the animals unless they know you're planning on buying. For people like us, whose home isn't big enough for more pets (yet), we really enjoy getting to stop in and look at the beauties they get in! One last thing, Mr. Bojangles, the red tail boa, is amazing!! If I had the room, I would have 100% taken him home with me, he was perfect! I just love this place! Thanks guys!!

10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND PET HAVEN GROOMING SERVICES. TURN AROUND! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG WITH THEM TO GROOM. There used to be one guy here who did a great job and he hasn't been around now for maybe a year. This was a second chance for this remaining crew because their first attempt was laughable. Literally. Our poor little guy looked hilarious but we thought "Hair grows out right?" So we gave them another chance. Two chances were plenty. Never going here again. My little guy has a LOT of hair. I made sure his top and most of his sides were knot-free so they could keep some good length on him. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, a simple puppy cut about 1" long everywhere. They listened attentively and even took the picture for reference and then apparently DECIDED A BUZZ CUT WAS BETTER FOR MY POOR LITTLE DOG. I want to stress that I have brought him in more tangled and with more knots than I did yesterday and the gentleman who obviously does not work there anymore did a wonderful job. FIND A BETTER PLACE!!! please. you'll thank me.
