19 W U.S. Hwy 6, ValparaisoJust did our first time boarding after years of grooming. We are thrilled to have such an amazing option for our pups to get quality care at affordable prices. Some of these local places want the same amount of the vacation just to watch your dogs. Finally the fact that Maggie was willing to from our dogs and have them ready for pick up on a holiday is just rare customer service you see in today's world. She does a phenomenal job grooming our retrievers and truly cares about her job! I hope Pet Haven takes good care of her because she is an amazing asset to their facility. I also love that I can take my kids in and let them see/hold/touch critters and not just look behind the glass. Ken is great if you have a salty tank. He's extremely knowledgeable and the only local source I would recommend for beginners to get interested in the hobby. Over all this is a fantastic lil gem tucked away down the rural part of 6. It's a fun stop to see what they have or if you need any animal services.

1101 Calumet Ave, ValparaisoI really wish I could rate higher than a 5/5. When the time comes, we will do it all again here! From the very beginning we had such an amazing experience. Our pup is coming up on 1 yo and he is the BEST dog we could ask for. He is healthy, extremely smart, and such a great companion. The owner was very knowledgeable about the dogs, the breeders, and any of the hounded of questions we had. The store is clean, and safely set up for the puppies and customers. The staff is very kind, and you can tell they all deeply care for the puppies. When we left with our sweet boy we were given a ton of valuable info including breeder information, new puppy FAQ/ things to watch out for, a supply of his previous high quality food to help transition him in into his new food, and much more. Nothing goes unthought of, and you leave feeling confident in this next adventure! Truly could not be more thankful as we have a very happy, healthy dog to love on!

1259 Sturdy Rd, ValparaisoThis guy!! Let me tell you! Christopher Keeley saved my dogs life. After 14 hours at the Animal hospital this guy had me leaving with my dog! Doctor Keeley came in after his own work hours at his normal everyday Veterinary clinic to help our baby Ace that’s only a year and a half old. Spent 2 1/2 hours trying to retrieve a bone about 3inches long 2inches wide and 1/2 inch thick from my dog’s esophagus. I cannot believe how lucky we are because of the help of Doctor Keeley. My boyfriend and I seriously thank you from the bottom of our hearts. No amount of money can repay this guy for saving our little furbaby’s life.

(Please never feed your dog any bone that can get to be this size! It’s extremely dangerous and I’d hate for anyone to have to go through what we went through today)

We did wine flights, and also taste tested the slushes and everything was delicious. We didn’t get the food, but saw it come out and everything looked really good! Restaurant was clean, dog friendly. I would recommend going here 100%. The service was the most memorable part! Thank you Mandy and Alaina, for making our trip to Valpo amazing!

Right inside the Lincoln kitchen with a bunch of other different restaurant spots inside the same place all very cool options! Sweet-N-Smooth though was so tasty the worker makes everything right in front of you. Quite a few options to choose from at the spot can get an ice cream looking treat like we did. Definitely will be back!!
