I had to cancel my membership twice to stop getting charged. Apparently the first time wasn't in their system at all and was never done. I must have talked to a ghost I'm assuming. So I had to go back in and cancel and still got charged again because I canceled one day too late they said.

Geoff, who works at the valpo location, is an excellent fitness manager. He helps everyone. Always doing something. Keeps the gym clean and in order. Im sure this gym will be here for a long time because these kind of employees the owners hire.
