They loaned my grandson 2 demo racquets to help him choose what to buy.He could have taken those back & gotten more to try, but he chose to purchase one of the 1st he tried. I picked the racquet up while he was in class & took it to him for his match after school. There was a mix up & they sent the wrong racquet, but he had to use it ,as it was all he had. When I called the store they couldn't have been more helpful. He had a match again the next afternoon so they rushed to string the one he wanted, drove 20 mi to personally take it to him in time for game, gave him his new racquet & took back the other even though he had used it. I think that was the best service I have ever received!
