The service was extremely slow. All three bays were full, four employees scurrying around disorganized. Once i entered the bay I sat for 17 minutes before anyone started working on my oil change.
I have utilized the services of the Hobart location in the past and was WOWED by them and will be driving a litte further to get exceptional service in the future.

Price is acceptable. Service is generally very fast. Knocked off 2 stars due to recent bad experience..

I had a great experience today at Take 5 Oil Change while my vehicle was being serviced. The oil change was fairly priced and Brock and Xavier were extremely helpful! Will be coming back here in the future

No wait, stayed in car. Brock was very helpful and took the time to explain an issue with my car and what I needed to ask for at the auto parts store.

Ungodly slow, not sure if it was understaffed or inexperienced, possibly a combination but I will find a different location for my oil changes.

Sitting in the bay right now. 5 employees. All playing stickball behind the building. I’ve come here for years and the service has gone WAY down. I was questioned about what year my car is, what oil I got last time, etc. It’s a shame. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Only place I’ll take my car for an oil change! They’re great and always have me in and out. Sometimes there’s a little wait due to a line, but I’m usually there no longer than 30-40 mins tops!
The staff is great! Won’t go anywhere else!
