This business is a scam, they charged our card over and over and over again for the same single purchase of one single item - which we never received over 12 months later! We called them and they refused to fix the situation saying “no refunds.” What?? For an item we never received?? Then they stop picking up the phone. This “business” is acting illegally and needs to be reported to the state consumer protection agency. Most of these reviews are not even real, it’s extremely obvious, brand new accounts with zero other ratings all posted on the same month. Illegal and wrong.

Nichole was a very pleasant person to work with from the moment we walked in the door til we received our furniture. We love our furniture. The Moving U Better delivery service was amazing. Jordan and Gavin did an excellent job bringing our furniture in and setting it up, very professional. Overall experience was amazing. All our needs and wants that we were looking for were definitely met!

We ordered two mattresses with the adjustable bases from Luxury and the customer service and delivery were amazing. We will definitely be ordering from Luxury in the future.

I'm so happy and excited about my new furniture. Nicole at Luxury Mattress and Furniture was really nice and very helpful. She explained just what I needed to know about the furniture. That's important to me, because I want to be sure I'm getting my monies worth, and I love great quality furniture and I love great customer service. It goes a long way. She's the best and an asset to the company.

Financed two of these amazing chases today and had the greatest experience. I’m so sad I didn’t catch the man’s name but his customer service was exceptional and he even humored my 5 year old son as he jumped from couch to couch. The financing option was such a life saver and so simple. So excited for my purchase and would recommend this store to anyone.
