Does a good job. Workets ate always fruendly. I have never had any damage and it does a decent job. I have 2 trucks and ones a crew cab and it cleans good. It not perfect its only a machine.

Wash Up / Lukes. Bad management, bad car wash, track record of accusing paying customers of stealing?! So I pull up and pay at the machine just like everyone does. Signs say pull forward etc. So I very slowly pull forward. No employees anywhere in sight. Machine not moving. So what am I supposed to do just sit there doing nothing? So I very slowly at like 0 mph pull forward some more, hoping this will get the machine to turn on, still nothing. After like a minute next thing I see is an employee all the way at the other end of the machine throw his hands up in the air like he's pissed off. He walks up and I say 'is this thing on?' Instead of saying sorry he didn't see me pull in, or sorry we are understaffed, he says "you skipped the kiosk". WTH?! Basically calling the a customer who just paid a thief. Then he says that I was about to wreck the car wash machine. Apparently you are NOT supposed to follow the signs that say pull forward. You are supposed to wait for the employee who cannot be seen. And if no employees are present, then it's your fault, and you probably stole the car wash anyway?! So my car went through, short wash, came out still dirty. So I gave up and went home. I'll never go here again and will find another wash. Shame bc I live nearby and own 5 cars. If you look at the other reviews they accused other customers of stealing too, makes you wonder about these people. Yes, I drove here in my $50,000 Lexus SUV to steal your $5 dollar car wash?! That's what they think about their paying customers. What a bunch of clowns at this place. Go anywhere else.

Best 5 bucks ive spent in long time!! What a great car wash! Best I've been in years! Cary was amazing! He smiled so much i got just the cheap 5 bucks and wow the shine probably because Cary went around very throughly with a brush before I ever went thru!!

I think the car wash was wonderful but the best thing about my experience at this place was that I accidentally dropped my wallet on the ground when I couldn’t reach the kiosk and had to open my door a little bit to lean out. My wallet had a falling out obviously and I had forgot that I open the door so I figured it had to be in the car and I would find it when I got home. Anyway the person who picked it up off the ground drove it back to my house and at that same time I was on my way back to the car wash to find it when I received a phone call from my roommate saying that somebody had dropped it off. They didn’t leave a name or any information no way to thank them and this is the only way I could talk about it publicly other than at a restaurant somewhere so thank you to the person who did that you make me believe in humanity again just a little bit

This is the second time Luke car wash caused damage to my car. First I thought it's alright to loose one of the car wipers and I replaced it. Today the worst day of my life, I just wanted a normal car wash. While the car is moving and those heavy rag blue Cookie Monster things hitting the car, I heard something hit my front windshield. when the car wash ended, I checked and there was a crack in my windshield. A $5 car wash ended up with a costly damage. The worker there wrote a claim, said I am sorry and told me go online to contact Luke car wash. So, I could not find online a valid website for Luke car wash where I can file a claim, it felt like the whole website is a scam. What do I do now? Never again washing my car there. Be carful

It's $5, a quick wash, they hit the under carriage, and no they don't detail. Staff is great. Always friendly. Especially if you tip them, which I'm kind of wondering if the people who b**** on here ever thought about doing. I use them all winter, because I don't feel like freezing by doing it myself. And Family Express has broken down twice while I'm in it, so I ended up with this great soapy truck. YAYYYYYYY! This place has a great staff and does a decent job. I always get my money's worth.

***Would give less than 1 star if I could*** Vacuums are quarters only and are terrible with suction. Only a $5 car wash option. Car wash lasts about a minute and doesn't clean your car very well. Windshield was covered in bugs from a road trip. Car wash didn't work at all.
