My 96 yr old grandmother went in and didn’t get out till almost 2 hrs later. There should be no reason for the wait to be that long especially for an elder person. Not too happy

Very disrespectful two of the 3 helpers. They got everything in my order wrong and acted like it was a bother to them to make changes to the order for two 300$ pairs of glasses.

Def worth the wait some of the best eye doctors I have ever seen they take care of every patient and make sure you are taken well care off .

I would recommend LTF to everyone. I had never had surgery before and Dr Lewyckyj and his team were awesome! The nurses were amazing explaining everything that was going to happen. It was calming and reassuring. Dr Webber the anesthesiologist was excellent. Thank you for the great care!

Trying to find an eye doctor for my grandson. The person that answers the phone is very rude and intimidating. I talked to her twice. Why?

The place says they open at 8. I thought that the optical shop would be open at 8 as well. The website doesn't say that the optical shop opens at nine. There were employees just standing in the optical shop. I had to get my son to school. I just don't see why one of the many ones just standing around couldn't of helped us real quick. I know they were on the clock. They were just standing around doing nothing. Frustrated.

Dr. Burton was amazing! Took the extra time to actually discover what my eyes were doing. She did an extra test just to confirm her hunch and explained it in a manner to which I could understand. I am very happy with the experience!

I love Dr. Ireland!! He took extra time to explain what was going on with my eyes. He is helping me with my vision loss and getting me assistance for being legally blind. Very blessed to have him as my eye doctor!!

Waiting and waiting and waiting. This was for a contact fitting. Second appointment that they said was quick and just a fitting. Like an in and out thing. I wish I adjusted my schedule. I tried to get her prescription to go back to her original doctor. But the lady at the desk just stares at me. That’s an entire other issue. Awful front desk. Third complaint is the lady over by the glasses. Lazy and rude. Two experiences meeting that gem. I never leave reviews. This place is hilariously horrible. The doctor was nice though. Had to come because of a specialist. Took my daughter’s script and heading to a normal place.

The doctor was great. However, we had to wait over an hour to be called. I arrived at 135 for a 220 appointment. I checked in and was told to have a seat. I already printed my new patient paperwork for my daughter and had it in hand filled out. Lady at the desk asked me to hold onto it. So I did. It started to get busy and seeing as I already signed in I thought I was good to go. But around 210 I asked another receptionist if they needed my daughters insurance and my ID. She replied "she didnt get that from you already?". I said nope I was early and told to have a seat. I handed over my ID and insurance card. Didn't get called back until around 320-330. Needless to say we were out of that doctor's office at 4 pm! Longest appointment I have attended. I tried to be patient as I knew I was early but was checked in only to have my file lost on the desk and never truly "checked in". I was #3 on the sign in clip board. Not sure if the front desk needs help or it was just an off day. Kind of scared for my daughters follow up appointment in 6 months.

Very thorough examination, efficient and professional tho it does take quite some time. I will return to Dr Taglia and LTF for my next eye exam. Recommend.

Horrible experience. I wouldn't go back. Had cataract surgery in both eyes. Right eye can barely see anything. What a mistake.
