I went and took my daughter here for her first haircut and I won't be back! It wad one of the most dirty salons that I've ever been too there was hair still all over everything! I also wish that they would try to make the hair look a little even I get kids move but my daughters bangs are 2 different lengths and she won't let me fix it! Please do better cause this experience was not what it should of I felt like the hairdresser clearly hates her job!

Our experience was horrible. We have an autistic son, he does not like getting his hair cut. We were told it would not be a problem and they could handle it. Could not have been more un true. They lady who cut my sun's hair had no personality. Didn't engage with my child at all. And gave him the the most hair cut I have ever seen. Very disappointing....

Brought my 3 year old here for her first haircut, and granted she was a tough crowd. They just didn’t seem to be trained well to deal with children who are very strong willed. My baby was in tears, I was in tears. It took 2-3 stylists to finish the cut because she was fine the first few minutes when she’d already cut some, and then she didnt like having the clips in her hair and that’s what set the whole thing off. I’m not really sure what could’ve been done differently, because like I said, my kid was a tough crowd. But I also imagine if you are there every day with kids in and out, you should also have some sort of experience with the strong willed children and what to do with them to distract them, make them happy, etc. They wanted me to hold her arms down and basically hold her completely down, which I think scared her even more, as it should have. I also think the many colors and many different choices can be over stimulating as well.

We arrived a little early for our appointment and were able to get in right away. My son received a quality cut while enjoying a Mickey Mouse show in a fun car seat. I love the support of local businesses in the form of coupons to choose from at checkout. We love indulging in the Rise and Roll coupon!

Love this place! The stylists are magicians and I have no idea how they perform such great hair cuts while these kids are constantly moving around. Just a perfect place to take your kids for a hair cut.

I guess I don’t get the hype. I’ve taken my toddler 6-7 times for a haircut here. He enjoys the experience, but the staff aren’t friendly when you call to schedule nor do they seem happy to be there when you walk in. Additionally, of all of his haircuts, 2 looked great - both done by the same person. The rest have been so bad my husband has even been upset when we get home. Yesterday, I decided to try a new stylist again as our usual was busy. She buzzed nearly all of my toddlers beautiful long hair off in what I’m hoping was a miscommunication (I didn’t asked for any kind of buzzered cut,) but I’ve had a weird amount of apparent miscommunications here that I don’t normally have. The literal shavedown he got isn’t even clean or even, has bald spots, and now his beautiful hair is gone and I can’t get it back. The experience is cute for the kids but we just will not be back.

Great place to bring your toddler! I love all the extras they provide outside of the haircut. They have a play area for waiting, which I have never experienced a wait, but it is nice to have your child use it when paying. They offer glitter or color spray in your haircut, plus popcorn and a juice box afterward. They also provide a treat coupon to use after the haircut. My daughter loves the frozen car while getting a haircut and the ability to watch a movie.
