I was so lucky that Jersey had an opening today. She did a great job coloring and trimming my hair and was very pleasant. I loved the place and atmosphere; very comfortable and had cute decor.

Liv is a great hair salon owner. The salon is decorated so nicely. Always very clean. In the summer there's a beautiful window box of summer planets outside. Liv has other stylists there too. Book your appointments with the stylist. Lisa O is my stylist. I know Lisa from her previous salon. Great work on my very straight hair Lisa O. Convenient. Warm and friendly atmosphere. You'll be pleased with whomeve. ***Support small business.

I had a fantastic experience at Liv's Hair Boutique! Jersie is an exceptional stylist with a real talent for color. She listens carefully to what I want and always delivers stunning results. The atmosphere at the boutique is welcoming and professional, making every visit a pleasure. Highly recommend Jersie for anyone looking to elevate their look with personalized, expert care!

They never answer the phone. The one time I did get an appointment, the stylist's friends walked in a couple minutes after me and the stylist prioritized them over my appointment. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for a mediocre, overpriced haircut that I had an appointment for. I don't recommend this place.

Jersie is an amazing stylist!! So thorough and talented. Will truly never go to anyone else for my hair!
They also have bomb internet service for me to do work during my appointment. Truly the best salon in valpo

First off, I have to say that they do a pretty good job. I have been here only once before and the people were kind and the stylist, Jersie, did do a good job which is why I'm still giving them 2 stars. However, I left pretty upset this past time due to the lack of professionalism. I had a 1:00 PM appointment this past Saturday with Jersie. I had somewhere I needed to be by 3 which isn't too far from this salon. My hair normally takes about 1.5 hours which means I would've been done by 1:30 or latest 1:45. I called them in the morning to confirm my appointment and to make sure it is still at 1. I was told that my stylist wasn't in yet but will have her text me to confirm. Around 9, I received a text from her confirming my appointment at 1. I showed up to my appointment at 12:59 and Jersie was with another client and she told me that she'll be with me "in just a minute". Well 15 mins later, still nothing. I was standing waiting the entire time while she's cutting someone's hair and having a conversation with them. I was never once acknowledged by her during these 15 mins. I didn't want to end up waiting because I had somewhere to be by 3 and there's no way we would've been done without it being a rushed job. I ended up leaving as I didn't want to be rude by going up to her while she's cutting someone's hair (due to the lack of space in the salon). Once I got to my car, I sent her a text letting her know the situation and as to why I had to leave telling her I'll have to reschedule. Well she ends up reading my text at 1:25 (I know this it being an iMessage), and NEVER responds....it is now Monday and still no response. Not even an apology or asking me about rescheduling...that to me is extremely unprofessional! YOU were the one who overbooked and went 15 mins past MY appointment time if not longer, how can you possibly be upset with me? I know that hairdressers get upset when their clients show up late well guess what, same goes the other way around. You cannot expect your clients to be okay with you running behind after saying "be with you in just a minute" and then never acknowledging them. Needless to say, never going back to this place again!

Needed a quick wash, trim and style and was booked with Jerzy (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong). She was so sweet and kind, and we had great conversation during the appointment. Jerzy listened to what I wanted, and exceeded my expectations. My fiancé has not stopped complimenting my hair since. Thank you Jerzy for such a great experience. It is evident that all of the stylists in this salon have a great team work system which also makes the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Would recommend this salon to everyone in the area!

Came to this salon with high hopes due to the reviews. At the time I had blonde highlights, and wanted a simple all over dark brown color. Hair stylist applied the same dye to my entire head which resulted in blonde streaks randomly throughout my hair. In between dye and washing I was made to sit in the “waiting room” ( two chairs in the entrance of the salon ), as my stylist took another client. After my hair was completed, the owner walked by and said “that looks really good”. Once I got home, I could truly see how botched the job was. I called the salon and spoke to the owner to get a refund. I was told that “ they could not issue me a refund because I received a service, and that I could come back in and she will fix it”. Due to her comment at the salon, and the way things played out in the short time I was there, I had no interest in going back. I then had to go to a different salon and pay twice again the money to fix what they did.
