Zach is a rare mix of personable, professional, and competent. I’ve learned so much about nutrition and workout form since working with him that I wish I would have done this 10 years ago. Lift Life is a great for folks like me who don’t want to spend time sorting through the maze of off the shelf workout plans and diets. It saved me time and helped me reach my personal fitness goals. Anyone who maintains a stigma against personal training should just meet Zach once. He is a genuine guy and truly wants the best for his clients.

THE BEST. Knowledgeable, tailored not only to your needs and goals, but also to your body composition. I've been to several personal trainers in Valpo, and Zach has given me the best results as well as educating me on form, fitness, and function. I'll never use anyone else for my training needs. 110% recommend to everyone, whether you are brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete.

Do yourself a favor and give this place a chance. I promise it will be the best time & money you spend this year. They are incredibly knowledgable, upbeat, realistic, and encouraging. I had worked out at home on and off for several years. Guess what? My form on many popular exercises was way off - increasing my chance of injury and lessening the effectiveness. I will always remember how blown away I was after my first appointment. Even though I had just discovered that I essentially needed to start over and relearn a lot, their approach was so welcoming and encouraging that I was motivated to do it. Many months later I am still learning, seeing great results, and would recommend Life Life Fitness to anyone & everyone!!

Lift Life Fitness provides the encouragement, enthusiasm, and expertise required to produce results!! I have never met a more positive and knowledgable person. Zach focuses on mind, body, and nutrition. With the help of Zach, I have achieved my goals of weight loss, increased strength, better balance, and greatly improved eating habits, with the added benefit of a more positive approach to life! Every session with Zach is challenging and never boring. Zach uses multiple methods for sessions, and does not rely on the equipment entirely. The workout is mixed up and focuses on total body strength and toning, as well as balance and flexibility. I always feel better after a workout with Zach!!

So much of health and fitness is mental. I can honestly say I have never had someone care so much and bring so much positive energy to my workout before. Zach's coaching technique is patient, consistent and honest. Coming into the gym with some issues, he has helped me so much to work through them that I now love and look forward to my workouts. I am a big promoter of Zach for what he has done for me. With the help of his knowledge and encouragement, I can honestly say for the first time ever, this is a lifestyle change for me and I love it!!
