I rolled in at 8:30 on a Friday morning with a 13 year old car that had never had brake work done in the four years and 50,000 miles of our ownership. Mike gave me a tour of my rusty rotors, frozen calipers and non existent brake pads. By Noon, they had me back on the road with brand new rotors, pads and calipers all the way around. I have to re-learn how to stop in this car, I’ve been stopping by prayer for so long that having a working brake system is very different. Quality work and a quick turnaround - that’s why I come here, other places weeks in advance. My schedule doesn’t give me time to plan, and Levin of Valpo is always there when I have the time. Thanks, guys!

A Monday morning with a flat tire is a tough way to start the week. But Jim at Levin Tire took my call, greeted me at the front counter, and told me he’d call after evaluating the tire. Jim even drove me to work and I was on time! True to his word I received a call a few hours later. The puncture was fixed for a very reasonable price. There was no upselling or gimmicks, just professional service with kindness. I highly recommend Levin Tire.

Jim at Levin Tire took time to help our family when my son's car broke down in Indiana (we are from Iowa). He assessed the damage and pointed us in the right direction after another dealership refused to take responsibility for faulty repairs. He is honest, up front, and a class act. We are grateful for his help and assistance. There are good people in this world and he is one of them! Take all of your cars here. You will not be led astray.

I brought my car in recently to get some work done on my breaks and I believe the mechanic name is Anthony, he did a great job! Got done with my break pretty fast too! Will be coming back!

As for myself I felt the staff including service technicians were kind, helpful, and very attentive to get my situation resolved in a safe and timely manner. Would definitely recommend them!!!

Terrible service!!! My wife has brought her truck to this place 3 times now, the plan was to have the air conditioning fixed, and I can't believe that they are just scamming her, charging her for the work twice, and they can't fix the A/C Today when she went to pick up her truck for the third time, the employee told her that next time they were going to charge her!! is seriously? Now they are going to charge her a third time, when it is understood that it is your fault for charging and not fixing anything!!! How can they work like this? charging for work they are not doing!!

Got a nail in my tire early this morning, this was the nearest shop to me. The nice gentleman, with the glasses, at the front was super nice and patient with me. The wait was not long and the price was pretty good for just the patch up! Thank you!
