Made an appt on a Tuesday for Thursday. Showed up, signed in. Owner greeted ‘can I help you?’ I said I have an appt. She then said ‘are you Eileen?’ I said ‘yes’ she said ‘a man called yesterday and canceled your appt’ I said ‘well I didn’t cancel my appt’ then she went on a rant ‘that’s so weird. He called. I erased your name.’ Over and over. I interrupted, ‘ok, but I didn’t cancel my appt. Can you take me?’ Again, ‘that’s so weird, isn’t that weird?’ I said ‘can you take me?’. She then kept looking around talking to others. I asked again. She said ‘can you wait?’ I said no. She then kept mumbling. I looked at her and left. I don’t believe that happened by her bahavior. I think she overbooked the day. She should have made it right some other way. Any other way. I won’t be back.

The woman at this place is so rude!!!! I called and she said they had no appointments. I waited a week, came in to make an appointment. Came in today for the appointment- ten minutes early - she told me they are running late and can't do it. And she didn't say it nicely. When I said no, you can't just make an appointment and then refuse to do it, she turned it around and said I was late and it was my fault. Clearly they don't want new business. No problem!!! I'll happily go somewhere else.
EDIT TO ADD: we went to a different salon, had a wonderful experience and made a standing appointment for mani/pedi for me, acrylic/fill for my daughter and manicure for my mom. Just know you lost three regulars.

I walked in during “rush hour” and was given an accurate estimate for my wait. It was clean, well decorated, and busy. Great prices, I paid $35 for a pedi plus tip. Katie was excellent!! Very good pedicure with a great massage! I would go back but I do not live in the area.

Been going for over 10 years!!!! LOVE Julie, Andy and the staff. I go EVERY 3 weeks and have never been disappointed. Julie does my nails and Andy does my toes.

Love this nail salon! Clean professional and friendly service. It is best to make an appointment. I have been to 4 different salons in the area and would recommend this salon over all of those. Dawn did an excellent job and fixed an issue I had from another salon.
