Honestly awful lol. They messed my skin up so bad. I have a lot of sores now from being cut up so bad. The polish looks terrible and bubbly. They degraded my sister the whole time thinking it was funny. Please don't go there. The powder was also disgusting that they used. I won't be surprised if someone gets infected soon.

Went to get nails done, and was not pleased. Was told that at next appointment we would get half off. Went back in to get the nails redone using the half off and was told they would not honor it. Worst customer service ever. Argues with you in front of costumers. Will not be going back. High price and poor service.

Such terrible attitudes! My sister wanted long nails and the nail tech was like nop can’t do that, won’t do that. Wouldn’t do the design she wanted finally start working on my sister when someone else comes in and the nail tech made us move saying she was her appointment. We understand waited over an hour for her to finish then she just goes to the back and says she’s not going to be doing our nails. The male tech was working on our mom’s nails very apologetic saying oh she has a headache don’t mind her. She’s having a bad day. We ended up leaving after waiting close to 2 hours without even getting our nails done.

I came in for a pedicure which I do every 30 days and when the man took my nail polish off there was a fungus. Well he wasn’t discreet at all. He announced it to the whole salon. I was so embarrassed. He just kept saying over and over “you got a fungus”. Ok I got it from a salon out of state. That was completely unnecessary. No professionalism at all. Will never return. He never even apologized.

Dirty & nasty place & appliances! I told the person that was getting ready to do my nails and he just said oh we’re so busy we don’t have time to clean. Board of health needs to inspect there. I asked for a French manicure and the man just started painting my nails didn’t do my cuticles or anything will never go back. Afraid I might even get an infection from that place… I should’ve walked out.

I went to Kim’s Nails for over 25 years when I lived in Valparaiso. I moved to Florida and now I can not find a nail salon with the expertise and care and professionalism and most of alll, the fun experience that I have when I am there. As far as I am concerned Kim’s Nails is the best in the United States. If you are able to go there consider yourself very fortunate as they are the best there is!!Services: Foot massages
