If I could give her 10 stars, I would! Just found JLR Nails and went for the first time today. I have a very special occasion to go to this weekend and she made my truly nasty cuticles and fingernails into works of art! My hands and nails are so dry from constantly being in and out of water throughout the day. I am so impressed with her quality, attention to detail and professionalism.
