What a great experience! Gary S was incredible through the entire process. He gave us plenty of space to do our own searching but checked in numerous times in a very non invasive way. When we were ready with questions he was ready with answers. We were torn between two pieces and Gary was happy to provide his thoughts on the differences between brands. We stopped in thinking it might be above our price range, but was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options and price points. Can't wait for our furniture to show up!!

Bought sofa and loveseat from this place, also bought the warranty. BIG MISTAKE!!! We put in a claim and got nothing but a run around, they sent someone out to see damage to sofa, he confirmed it met the terms of the warranty. Every time we contacted this company, we were pushed off on different people. Do not buy their warranty...it's a RIPOFF. .Will never buy from them again.

This was our second full home renovation using Indiana Furniture and Mattress. And both times have been absolutely fantastic! Our salesperson Zac on both projects was great to work with. He listened to our needs and could see our vision, yet he never pressured us but tactfully steered us in the right direction. He also knows his product lines and put in the time and research to help find the right pieces.
The showroom itself is amazing too! So many beautiful pieces to look at and find inspiration. It truly is worth visiting.
Also, the delivery crew was wonderful too. They were timely and very organized. They were also very careful to the walls and floors, and unwrapped each piece so carefully.
We truly can’t say enough about our experience. If we ever do another project, there is no doubt that we would use Indiana Furniture again.

This was a horrible experience. From the in store customer service to the delivery. I lost paid time from my job. Nobody wanted/tried to make it right. Stay away give your money to people who will treat you fairly..

Love this store. We ordered a loveseat and couch and absolutely love them. We had a delay in delivery however, our sales contact Brian worked with their vendor to get us the couch quickly and we were very pleased with the service provided!

Purchased a beautiful sofa, loveseat, and motorized reclining chair from Indiana Furniture. The furniture was made by Smith Brothers. It was ordered on February 2,2024 by Kaine Dennison and was promised within 3 months.
It was delivered at exactly 2 months to the day.
Can't say enough about Kaine Dennison. He was very helpful. Answered all our questions and did not hound us as we were deciding on what to purchase.
As stated, the furniture was delivered on time with no mess whatsoever.
I would totally recommend Indiana Furniture for your future furniture purchases!!

We worked with Brian Luckritz to find the perfect new chair for our living room. Brian greeted us when we entered the store, then let us roam around at our leisure without hovering. It was refreshing considering we had just been to three furniture stores in South Bend/Mishawaka and felt like we had a chaperone at each store. When we finally decided on a chair, Brian was very knowledgable about the options available. We are very pleased with our shopping experience and look forward to receiving our chair in the near future.
