ICC came to my rescue over the weekend when my refrigerator unit went down at my restaurant. They were more than willing to come out, assess, and repair it, right away. If it had not been for their prompt and professional service and technicians, I would not have been able to operate my restaurant over the weekend. Thank you

STAY AWAY!!! I would not even give a 1 star! This company will rip you off! Tech (Jacob) stands around and stares at the fridge for hours upon hours to collect $98.40 an hour and because I purchased my own part straight from True Manf. for a quarter of their price they stand around to make up that cost they lost and then charge an "invoice charge" of $94.96! just to make me an invoice? They sent me TWO invoices, by the way, what is that?!!! I would think a company would tell you to let them know if there is any problems after stay an hour staring at the temperature but no they just rake up the bill by doing absolutely nothing!!! They will not even discuss the charges, they have claimed they made multiply calls to us and we refused to call them back, well that was a complete lie! They never once called and never once left a voicemail, if they were professional they would have left at least that! So they decided to tell us we better pay them or they will send us to collections so we called left a message for a GENE, well go figured he never called us back and we received a call from a collection agency the next day, but thats fine we will dispute it! It doesn't bother us! W absolutely do not mind paying for honest work but this company just wants to rip you off!

Great company to work with. Our chiller went out 2 days before a big event and all our fermenters were warming up. They had a chiller in stock and configured it in 24hrs ready for pick up. We brought it back to the brewery mounted it and powered it up and there service guy was right behind us getting the unit commissioned. Been running good ever since. Very service orientated company. Thanks
