This company does not disappoint! From the minute I was cheerfully greeted on the telephone and assisted with getting a quick appointment, to the friendly technician showing up more than on time, assessing the issue and resolving it professionally and quickly, to the cost of services which I found to be very fair and better than I expected, I highly recommend these folks!

I have been using Hiscox for all of my appliance repairs (and I've had plenty) for years. I have never been disappointed with the service. Most recent, my dryer quit turning and when I called Lisa she was able to send Steve out the next day. I really appreciate the quick response and fast repair. Wonderful company with really nice people who do their best to help you out in a pinch. I (((Highly))) recommend them!

I have used Hiscox for appliance repair many times. Called today to report a problem with an appliance and the office manager was honest with me telling me my repair would be much more than purchasing a new one. I was very appreciative. Honesty goes a long way these days. I will continue to use Hiscox for all of my appliance issues.

Called Hiscox last night & got a call back next day 8am & serviceman Steve came at 1pm and fixed the issue $30 part but the Service call is automatically $200. I am NOT mechanically inclined so definitely needed a pro! Immediately he knew was my door switch, has thin piece of plastic & I unfortunately am a door slammer so I broke the little flap. He popped the top & plugged in the new part! EZ! Done! Yea! Now I have my Whirlpool back in action!! So happy to have a fast call back & my dryer fixed all with in 20 hours of my call other places make you wait 1-2 weeks and a new dryer is so $$$ this one is 2.5 years old so I definitely will be more careful when I close the door! Thanks Steve & Lisa @ Hiscox in South have Rt6 !!!!! Appreciate you so much!!!

Lisa scheduled my appointment (busted washer!) quickly and within a few days (considering the holidays). The technician arrived on time, was able to fix our problem in a short time, and he is friendly and pleasant. Definitely would use Hiscox again and will recommend them.

This company was supposed to service my dishwasher through Frigidaire, They were supposed to contact us for an appointment and never did so called them 2 times and left a voice message on 2 separate occasions no response so we decided to go with a different company hopefully we will get an on-time response.

I would like to edit my initial review as to being a scheduling issue. I have scheduled service/diagnostic for my dishwasher and confirmed appointment between 12-4. by 330 pm they haven’t arrived so I called and was told no one was actually scheduled between 12-4 and they didn’t have it in their system that no one will be available any longer that day, I had just cancelled attempting to have my dishwasher repair scheduled again - I just hope there’s a more reliable way of confirming and keeping their appointment scheduling.

We had a dryer not working properly. Steve fixed the problem right away and suggested a reroute of the duct work to keep it from happening again. Very happy with the communication from the office to the field and the quality and professionalism of work!Service: Dryer repair

Steve ,from Hiscox , really knows what is wrong and how to fix it, I had to have a Samsung refrigerator repaired and Steve did an excellent job, I highly recommend Hiscox
