I have used Hiscox for appliance repair many times. Called today to report a problem with an appliance and the office manager was honest with me telling me my repair would be much more than purchasing a new one. I was very appreciative. Lisa scheduled my appointment (busted washer!) quickly and within a few days (considering the holidays). The technician arrived on time, was able to fix our problem in a short time, and he is friendly and pleasant. Definitely would use Hiscox again and will recommend them.

Easy scheduling. Good communication day prior and day off. Knowledgable and did the job right quickly.
Specialties: Service most major appliance brands. Work with a lot of appliance companies in handling their warranty work. Also, sell parts over the counter.;
