Never answers the phone. I’ve called numerous times through the school year and they have not answered the phone once. And yes it was during their hours. When I go in the staff is nice but I don’t want to go in for a simple question yet I have to because they don’t answer the phone.

Staff were nice and friendly, as well as helpful. The store itself was clean and organized. We were lucky enough to go right after they had restocked some items, so size and variety were plentiful. My daughter is now a student there and I was very impressed by the bookstore... and campus in general.
