I called this business and informed them that when I was going 50 mph or higher miles and hour on the express way and I on a S curve and pressed my breaks that my car would fish tail. I also informed that that my steering wheel would vibrate/shake around these speeds. They told me that I had a broken strut and that I needed both of them replaced and I approved the work and told them to take a picture of the broken strut for me. I went to pay them and they said they forgot to take a picture of the broken strut but that the steering wheel was no longer shaking and the car did not fish tail when they took it for a test drive.
When I got on the expressway and go to 50 mph the steering wheel began to vibrate/shake and when I got on an S curve I pressed on the brakes to slow down and the car fishtailed. I called them and told them the issue was not fixed and their response was "well, you had a broken strut". They refused to inspect my car and make any repairs at no cost to me.
I took it to another shop and they confirmed that my car had an alignment issue. They provided me with a print of of the alignment results. They fixed the alignment issue and my steering wheel no longer vibrates after reaching 50mph or higher and no longer fishtails after braking while going on an s curve on the highway.

Honesty and integrity on another level. I am new to the area and was scared to take my car to a shop this way fearing I would be charged for something that wasn't an issue or overcharged. I was referred to gills thinking I need hub bearings. Roger was whom i does ldropped my car to. He called me and said it was a piece of metal rubbing my rotor and they bent it back. They could have easily charged me and I would have had no clue. I will be bringing all my cars and recommending them to everyone in the area. I end up getting an oil change and an ac recharge instead. Thank you Gills! Much respect to this shop!
