Sold me a “new” game that the seal was already ripped on from their wall. Said it was their store policy that they had to keep a game there. Wasn’t too happy with this but was told this was the last copy so I didn’t want to be without the game for Christmas. After trying to install the game and it kept failing to install. Discovered that the game had a scratch in it. I ended up purchasing the downloadable copy through the Xbox store (was also cheaper) so Christmas wouldn’t be ruined. Tried to take the game back and they will not accept a return since it is considered “new”. I was not happy with this and he offered the replace the disc. I said I would like a sealed copy this time. He made it seem like they don’t not carry sealed copies to prevent people from returning the game. Seems like a policy made to screw people over so they can kept their profits.

My son's Nintendo Switch Lite was no longer charging/working. I had gotten the two year warranty and it was good through October. I walked in with the Switch and a printout of the order from my account online. They quickly verified the warranty and gave me a new (not refurbished/used) Switch very quickly. My son and I were very happy with the service we received today.

Absolutely my favorite game stop! The managers and all of the staff there are so so nice! We we’re a little over the cut off with our xbox return and they we’re still kind enough to change it! You guys are amazing and I will always continue to do business at your location!!

If i could give this sh*thole no stars i would, costumer service- TRASH. they bought around 8 games from me and told me the "cash" option was "greyed out" and we had to receive our payment in store credit. the worker then told me i could get a game for around the same price of my return and return it the next day for cash, after returning the next day the lady at the front desk then told me that i had to receive it in store credit and i tried to explain to her and she abruptly interrupted and told me she was going to make some calls. After 30 minutes of waiting she gave me a visa card that i had to activate with my personal money.

I had a game on reserve, and corporate refused to work out a way to get it to me. I've never had a problem with them up until this year. Was a loyal customer for 17 years. Debating ever coming back.
