I had a very good experience today at Rayus which is part of Franciscan Diagnostic Imaging. It all started with the receptionist, Steffane, who I talked with 2 times before I arrived. She was very professional, helpful and upbeat. She had such genuine positive energy that she stood out from all customer service people I've dealt with in several months. I had an MRI of my foot and ankle. The tech who did my MRI, also named Stephanie, was very professional, kind and patient. She reassured me throughout the whole uncomfortable experience. She was very nice to me, even when I moved, and she had to repeat a scan. I highly recommend this place!

I was very pleased with this place. Very Clean, and courteous. I had a MRI which I was so nervous, but Stephanie went out of her way to make me relaxed. Informative and patient with me.

Great location, clean spacious interior, the person who did my ultrasounds was beyond compassionate and proactive. I wish I remembered her name. Would definitely come back.

Convention location, prompt service, meaning little wait time. MRI tech was robotic! I'm normally not claustrophobic, but required to wear a mask. Couldn't take it. Tech seemed annoyed by my complaint, but I was able to take it off to finish up.

I was able to get in immediately and get an "open" MRI which was extremely important to me. The staff was friendly,courteous, and extremely helpful. I have used this facility 3 times now and would highly recommend them

Had a lumbar MRI here. One of my better MRI experiences. Staff was nice, place was clean. I told them I didn't care for small spaces and they really worked with me.

This company charges around 5x the market value for imagining. In the area ultrasounds are around 200 a piece. This place charged us 2000 for two. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be using again.

This place charges many time above market value for tests. Not worth it at all. Ultrasounds are normally around 200 in this area. They charged us 1000.

This place should really be investigated for unethical and fraudulent billing! Ancient diagnostic equipment & rude staff. Dr. sent me for standard CBC & lab. They charged me $4k!! I have in-network insurance! I had to end up going to NW to see a specialist & Dr. there said the lab test was done incorrectly & needed to be redone so they took same blood test at Northwestern for only $35!! Yes, $35 for same test done correctly at a real hospital compared to $4,000 at a strip mall dump with no MD in building & outdated ancient equipment! What a scam! After reaching out to billing with no luck, the NW Dr. actually wrote a letter saying they did test wrong & I should not be charged, but they refused to reverse outrageous charges! Also, charged 5x more for simple chest x-ray! This place should be investigated & shut down!

The staff members are terrific, especially the technicians when working with extremely nervous / claustrophobic patients. They truly made a difference in my visit.

I have been to a few different places for X-rays, MRIs, and Cat scans and I really like this place the best. The staff and technicians are very kind and try to get me in as soon as possible for the different imaging needed. Thank you!

I have undergone x-rays and MRIs here and highly recommend them. I am able to access all films and reports via their patient portal, quickly obtain a CD to bring to my doctor, and scheduling appointments is fast and easy.

My visit was wonderful. I am a person of a larger size and in extreme pain. I was very scared of the MRI. I had attempted The testing at another facility and was unable to complete it. I came to this center very fearful I was going to have the same results. I was shocked at how friendly everyone was. From my initial scheduling, check in, exam and departure everyone made me feel comfortable. I will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for being so kind!! Special shout out to my tech Stephanie, front office associate Kathy R and my scheduler Dena!!!
