Unprofessional staff. This business has gone downhill since George has retired. Very unprofessional attitude from younger workers. Calumet Landscaping tops it off as well. Take your business elsewhere.

Four Seasons is one of the best kept secrets in Porter County, I drive past this business every week and notice all the nursery trees, but if you pull in the driveway and you will be amazed at all landscape decorating ideas and live plants. They are the best place to buy sod and the girls working the counter are always friendly and ready to help.

My wife and I purchased 3 trees from four seasons about 6 weeks ago. We were quoted in store 300-400 total for installation of these trees with a potential of a 50$ up charge if a bobcat was needed. When the job finally started 4 weeks later, they didn’t call to let us know they’d be on our property,They showed up and started working. When we received our bill and opened it, four seasons billed us $985 for the three trees installation. We were told they couldNot use the bobcat on our property and there is no evidence they did in our yard, but we were subsequently billed 250$ in bobcat charges. I have sent 3 emails, called, and went in the store with my bill for review about the fraudulent charges, and still not received an email back nor could I get the manager on duty to even look at my bill. I asked the manager on duty to then perform another quote so we could compare their quote to my bill and she refused to do so. I was told by the manager in store that the reason I’m having problems with my bill is because they are short staffed. I still have not received a response via email or since my trip in store 5 days ago.

Great customer service. I called in to see if they had sod and they said shipments come on Thursdays. They called me Thursday morning to let me know it came in. I let them know thank you and we will be there on Friday. Friday rolls around and they called to remind me. I said not a problem we will be there. Picked then up and they look great?

Four Seasons will always carry quality products, but since the previous owner George retired and Jean, Betty and the others left, the service is lacking. Not only have I had first-hand poor service from George's daughter, but many clients have reported the same also, as I too am in the business.Yes, I know it's a difficult job, but seriously, don't take your issues out on me, or anybody else.The only saving grace of this visit was one nice worker. I'm sorry I don't remember your name.

We had a polite, sweet young woman that waited on us yesterday. She was very knowledgeable about tree planting too. We picked out a tree that was marked right in the base of the tree, for that specific tree, $249. As we went to pay for the tree it rang up $379, $130 more. The young sales girl was just as shocked as us. When she asked her boss the boss lady said she couldnt sell that tree for $249, even though it was marked right on that tree. We were not happy with the woman in charge. She was rvery rude to everyone that approached her. Long dark brown hair was the boss woman that day. That was NOT right, the tree was marked right on the burlap base.We will NEVER go there again! You don't mark something then change it at the register. NOT COOL. We know a lot of people & will discourage everyone we know not to buy anyhhing from Four Season's Landfscaping EVER!

Great selection and prices. We drove around 50 miles to buy trees from them. The prices around our small town is almost double. Also the young lady that helped us (veronica) was very helpful and patient with us as we had no clue for sure what we wanted for trees. She also showed us many varieties of the trees. Definitely will be back for more

Our Townhome Association used Four Seasons 2021-2022. This company does very poor work. Grass cutting uneven and bush shaping uneven. They ruin my black top with their equipment and constantly blew the grass clippings on my patio and left the mess behind. They deserve 0 star. Worse company ever!!!

Very friendly staff. They really know plants. I had a pix of a plant that I took and didn't know the name of it. The showed me the same plant family in a different color. They also print out instructions for planting & watering, when you purchase plants, flowers or shrubs...
