I had very bad customer service issue with banker "Tyler". He is not knowledgeable, had a sneer, wore dirty light colored jeans and twirled his keys on a lanyard most of the interaction. When it was clear he did not know about validating accounts and Fifth Third procedures, in depositing cents into accounts and removing it. I asked if he had been doing this long and he said I will not be talked down too. I left because I did not trust him to be handling my finances and regret opening the new account to match my equity line. I called the customer service line and was able to resolve. It is a shame in person customer service is a thing of the past at least with this banker. I guess they need cameras in their bankers offices to ensure they give appropriate services.

Tried this when I first came to town, then went to talk with them about transferring my money for higher CD rates. For the money I would have made, and the customer care I received from the person who walked me through the offerings like a polished used car salesperson, I chose to go with the lower interest rate where customers were treated with an honest interest rather than what felt insincere and tarnished.

Waited outside in line 15mins no teller. Than in line for another 20 mins. There 2 tellers one that doesn't seem to be working.

I went in today to set up a bank account with my girlfriend and I've had bad luck with banks in the past and we had excellent service with very polite and helpful staff and it way by far the best bank I've been to they set up everything for us I highly recommend this bank to anyone

The branch manager is rude and unprofessional. He gives you a business card and says to call him with any questions but is never available to take calls and never calls back. Him and his office smells of cigarettes and he makes customers wait up to 15 minutes while he stands outside and smokes. He does not seem to know how to do much since he had to go ask the other banker several questions before having me just sit with the other guy.
