I visited the car wash and I paid for the $7.00 car wash and ewww it left my car with water and soap spots as if it never got washed. Total waste of money .

Ridiculous bad service. 10 people waiting inline for cash register with more walking in. One person behind the counter. Other workers walking around doing nothing. It's like this most of the time, too.

I stopped at this Family Express to get gas and use the restroom. It is a shame that in the lovely town of Valparaiso that I felt like I was using the restroom in a third world country. The floors were filthy the toilets look like they hadn't been cleaned in several months. The smell was ghastly. The entire place was filthy. The floors look like they hadn't been mopped in several weeks and my feet stuck to the floor and slipped around as I walked out the door to see nothing but a bunch of cigarette butts on the ground. Very poor management. I will go to Casey's from now on where they take pride in their business

I went in today with my son for some much needed caffeine. It was already a tough day and it wasn't even noon yet. I got to the register and the Man working said hi to my son and told me that I should come in on fridays because they have free fruit fridays Then told me to have a blessed day as I was leaving. I really needed that simple act of kindness and it improved my day a lot!

Hands down the Cleanest, and most accommodating Gas station/Convenience store in Valpo. The workers here actually seem excited and happy to see you. I once broke a bottle inside the store and instead of being told I had to buy it like some other store's policies, they insisted that It was alright to grab a new once since it was a mistake. Thanks for the quick service as well.

Very clean and friendly workers. I'm thankful to have a 24/7 store in my area. I have found the other gas stations to be unsanitary, the bathrooms in family express are always very clean.

This location is always well maintained and the employees are kind and efficient (especially during the crazy rushes that happen at this particular location).One of the midnight employees (Kenny) is especially friendly and helpful. He always has a smile and great personality ?

Clean place, Free air!! I was low on air in a tire and with this place having lots of parking and a free air fill up it was fantastic. Much appreciation to the owners for keeping that.
