Zero stars! I thought it was just my imagination but it's literally every single time that I go in that place I get treated like garbage. Now the manager walks in front of my truck the other day out of nowhere and starts cussing at me. And then there's an old woman in there that will straight up ignore every single question I ask her she gets mad when I try to use my perks card and they get really mad when I ask for a receipt when they're done because they do not offer it anymore. I called their corporate office and they really don't care. LOL I don't understand what's going on at that place but perhaps a policy change to ensure that your employees treat customers with respect! And even though I'm just one person and you don't need my weekly fill ups for gas cans and vehicles I'm going to go ahead and never ever use Family Express again. And I'm definitely going to encourage everybody to use other gas stations. Family Express always has the highest prices anyways. Boo for family express! Please stop treating people like garbage!

Girl working register on 9/21 at night was extremely rude and unprofessional. I typically don’t go here but it was the only one open at this hour. Reminds me of why I go to Casey’s. People like this do not need to be working directly with the public

Your employee Michael Simpson is very disgusting and rude. Michaels customer service skills are horrendous. Not only does he yell, he curses you out as well. Maybe, he shouldn't be in the customer service industry with a mouth like his.

This place is always super clean. The staff are very friendly. A small, but much needed convenience/gas station if your coming from or going on to highway 49. I like the store’s layout with the Ice cream on display at the front. To the employees, Keep up the good work!

I had a tiny minor situation at the gas pump which of course things happened but the manager who worked last night was so extremely helpful and helped me in that situation and took care of the problem with ease! I wish I knew that person’s name I didn’t get a good look unfortunately But he was very polite and understanding and didn't make me feel like I was a bother! Their store is always well kept and clean!! Everyone there is always so friendly! I will always choose this place/company to get my gas!

A thief would love this place! No employees inside to watch ever. Tried to buy something at 6:05 am on 8/11/22. Waited upfront at register for 5 min and 20 seconds and no employee was in the store to help. Had to leave stuff on counter and leave for work. This happens at this family express often! I like the one on vale park and calumet and the older one right down the street on calumet

Family Express is a gas station that is nice to get gas and snacks from or use rest room(if u r a paying customer) but if your vehicle breaks down and u were blessed to park it where employees park and u think y would that be a problem, well it is!!! Some smart a#% clerk, or even management calls me to tell me if my vehicle is not removed (that same evening when I received call) that it will be towed!! WOW AND HOW RUDE!!! being a great customer as I was, I spent lots of my hard earned $ there, not no more tho, I go now to Speedway or Casey's which I've never had problems and can break down w/o no attitude!!!

Lactose free milk, regular milk bread bottled water are my Staples at this location. I earned so many points I got $0.39 off per gallon of gas. That's helpful with gas prices now!

I have always liked Family express but it does bother me that they have signs up for certain items for a certain price plus tax with nothing else added on the sign. Then when you pay it " oh that's with a registered card" Why does the sign not says that then? Its not a big deal but why can't things be truthful these days?
