The worst gas station in town. I’ve been stopping here everyday for just over a month. Every morning there is a sign that says “ sorry for inconvenience 15 min wait” that sign will be up on the door for over a couple hours.

Pretty horrible, if you run in to a Clark working named Skip please just walk out the door on nights. This employee has absolutely no Customer service skills and I don't understand how he has his job when he thinks that he can yell and scream and act unprofessional. Ask for the cooperation number he got upset because he thought I was going to call on him about me forgetting my id. If this guy is the Family express standards then I will never step my foot in to another store ever. Never have I ever felt so disrespected in my life.

I called to check gas price worker was rude and said she could not confirm price over the phone I told her ok ill just go to speedway then and she said ok!

I’ve had multiple situations now where it was too late for me to work on my bike so I would have to lock it up here or it would rain and I would have to work on it here people from the city would come up to help me the employees would help me. Every time I come here the employees do nothing but make me feel better they are the opposite of the Valparaiso Police Department that’s why I’m enjoying some donuts and coffee

I was in this store this morning and the ladies behind the counter were rude and snippy, not only with me but also the guy in front of me who was just making small talk about the upcoming holiday and big sale I will do my best NOT TO GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!

Always fast, clean and friendly. Usually have hot coffee almost any time. The staff is always very friendly. They have little plastic protectors and hand sanitizer everywhere and all of the surfaces are always clean. This is my favorite Family Express because of the staff and location.

Had a good experience. Good gas prices. The store inside was clean and had plenty of snack options. The bathrooms were nice and clean also.
