Family Express is a family owned and operated chain of convenience stores serving Indiana. The location is known for tasty food and friendly service. Employees are great and often go above and beyond, helping customers lock bikes, assist when it rains, and making everyone feel better. Customers enjoy donuts and coffee, but some have requested the fountain drink area be shut down for deep cleaning, as it was found unacceptable in service.
This location is great. There is an employee at this location, Skip, who always goes above and beyond for his customers. Top notch. All the associates here are great as well.
