My fiance's mother passed. He wanted Dukes, so we went there to make arrangements. The mortician was cold and methodical handing us the prices within 3 minutes. It was a pre-done sheet. When I questioned a couple of things, I was immediately and dismissively answered. At the end of the meeting, he asked if we wanted remembrance cards, their price (of course) and chose Psalms 24. Let me repeat that: HEcose Psalms and didn't even inquire with my fiance if he wanted a different passage. Oh, by the way, he ASSIGNED me to get some flowers for the memorial. He didn't ask if I were financially capable of such a hefty assignment. He knew nothing about me nor cared to find out. Personally, I wouldn't have my dog's arrangements done here.

The only thing worse than losing a loved one is having to deal with this funeral home after the fact.As a funeral home customer service and making the process as easy as possible should be your number 1 concern!!Seriously, save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and anger.... go anywhere else!

Very rude and seemed to be overly concerned with being paid. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Awful place. Promised to fill our necklace of our late father and then called and told us they wouldn’t. Don’t ever come here. Bad workers and empty promises leaving us heartbroken.

The death of a loved-one is a stressful time for all and emotions are high. Dykes has handled the funerals of my sister, mother, and recently my father. They are very professional and caring. They're well established and have been in service for many years. We've always been satisfied with the viewings. They're detailed oriented and seem to be trying to make these difficult times go smoothly. That is why my family continues to return to them in our times of need.

My family was not happy with the way my mom was presented or laid out. Her wig was uncombed and her lipstick was applied haphazardly or more like a two year kid applied it. I wonder why Dykes thought that was acceptable. When my family noticed and asked the wig to be cleaned up, the director brought out a comb that looked like it had been resting in an oatmeal container. I guess there are not many choices in a small town.
