Absolutely appalling service. I was midway through a transaction after being rang up for picking up a prescription, and my card was declined, and after taking not even 30 seconds to fix the situation for my card, some other lady cut off the gentleman that was ringing me up and shut the gate in my face before I was finished checking out. I told her multiple times while she was cutting off our transaction midway through, that my card was ready, and she just walked away. I literally don't know what to do I need my prescription and can't get it later.

Pharmacy tech Robert lacks empathy. I have a sick/contagious child, come to the pharmacy with the intent of going through the drive through so we don’t have to exit the car and expose others. There’s a semi blocking the pharmacy for a long time so we had to go in. His response was “that’s our shipment.” We all know why semis show up to businesses. Basically a “just deal with it” comment without a hint of empathy or a simple apology.Not his fault a shipment shows up or the process the store follows but it’s not difficult to be human and kind.
