Beautiful products! Supporting a local farm store with beautiful artisan soaps and candles and a ton of other amazing products means to accept that neither the quality nor the price is going to be like at Walmart. You will walk out with stunning high-quality products, honoring the farm and people who work there, and their philosophy, and their local business. If you treasure your town and the local scene, commit to buying from small businesses such as this beautiful gem.

They got cute goats and love to be hugged and walked. I got plants from them too. I'd return for sure.

Small store featuring CSAs, handmade candles, deodorant, lip balms, shampoo, body balms, tinctures, honey, fresh chicken and duck eggs, and loads more. Very friendly owner/assistant manager that helped us out with some ice packs and a cooler when we wanted to buy eggs but still had hours ahead of our drive in the summer heat. It was beyond appreciated. And we enjoyed the eggs!

my husband and I have had a wonderful experience here. We went to feed the goats, which was amazing on its own, then we discovered the apothecary products inside. These products smell amazing. I purchased the Limone Lip Balm and the Lemon Grass, Ylang Ylang and Tea Tree Deodorant and both are spectacular. This honestly is THE BEST deodorant I have ever used. I also purchased the Cinnamon Oil Cream which has definitely reduced pain in the areas I massaged it in. Excellent products! Fantastic people! We highly recommend Creme de la Crop.

I started going there maybe 2 or 3 years ago and have been going ever since mostly for the pasture raised chicken eggs and local honey and have been very satisfied with them mind you I travel from Griffith to Valparaiso to pick up my favorite eggs. I use them in everything I make whether it's breakfast or when I make fresh pasta, cookies, baked goods. The eggs are amazing the yolks are like the size of a silver dollar and bright orange like the sun full of nutrients and and vitamins. I am looking forward to trying the organic produce this summer.

Leann purchased turkeys from our farm to resell to her farm customers. She never paid us for the last 12 turkeys that she received, along with several smoked hams. Her husband made a few payments in an attempt to clear their debt, but they still owe us just over $900. Buyer (and more importantly, SELLERS) Beware!

This is the kind of organization that makes me proud to live in Indiana. Organic farming right in our own backyard! They grow over 200 varieties - mostly heirloom and unique produce known for its flavor and appearance.
If you're not familiar with the Creme de la Crop program, the way it works is you purchase a membership or "share" in the farm. You pre-pay for your share ahead of the harvest, this gives the farm the money they need up front to cover costs. Come harvest time, you get a share of the crops.
How much your share costs depends on what produce you want. First, choose what type of produce package you want - Summer Fruit (June-Oct), Summer Veggies (June-Oct), Winter Fruit (Nov-Dec) and/or Winter Veggies (Nov-Dec). Next, choose where you want Standard or Epicurean. Standard means your regular varieties like apples, blueberries, clementines, etc. Epicurean will include gourmet varieties like persimmons and pomegranates. Last, choose whether you want a Full Membership or Half Membership. Half gives you enough produce for 2 people, Full gives you enough for a family of 4 or more.
They give tours of the farm and also have a farm apprenticeship program.
