Gardners and landscapers as far as pulverized dirt goes don't buy it from here especially if you're trying to grow grass for a lawn or plants in a garden it has quarry rocks, metal, plastic and glass in it. This is canal dirt is for backfill that you'll never want to see again. Hours of labor and money gone to waste.

I called to order landscape supply and the lady that answered asks how can I help you she takes all the information of what I need and we’re I need it and then says I need to take care of my clients first I will call you later I’m really busy and I’m sorry to upset you but that’s how it goes if you like it good if not go somewhere else and so I tell her ok I can wait and an hour passes and no call back so I call back and ask her are you still busy mam and she reply’s with a mean voice don’t call me asking me that you don’t understand I have a room full of people and continues to verbally attack me through the phone! Very rude person I hope this place does something about it because that’s no way to treat customers! And I always buy stuff from neimyers and there a big place we’re it’s always busy and still have the time to talk to you and take your order. Within 5- 10 minutes. And it’s understandable that she would of been busy but she doesn’t have the right to scream at customers and get awfully rude! I would of called neimyers but they are in crown point and I needed the material in lake station. But I will go somewhere else for landscape supply and I would give zero stars to this place if I could only because of the customer service!
