I have an account at chase and my wife doesn’t, Recently me and my wife went there and they said that we can’t cash a check over 3k, so they said that my wife can sign the check over to me, later, I couldn’t get to my money or her money. All of the sudden they closed my account!I wonder why?I called chase and till now I don’t have an answer or the money!!!Every one keeps telling me that they will get back to me and never do. And right now I don’t know what to do!!!I hate chase and i will recommend everyone to stay away from them.

This has got to be the most unprofessional bank I've ever been to. I came in today and tried to open an account and give them my money but one could help. I still can't believe it. They do not know what customer service is.
