Except for a problem with an answering service guy, we were accommodated and taken care of as we easily transferred from one unit to a larger one.Thank you. I like the fact that a professional is available til 8 or 9 pm.

So I booked a storage unit and needed to cancel same day without ever moving anything in. I was told I would not be receiving a refund. I would not recommend using this place. Very bad business.

Been here several years now. Great place. Reasonable prices. They've done improvements since last owners and are improving all the time. If there ever is a problem & you call they get right back to you.
