“Paul is THE MAN!!! I was dealing with a car window that was slow to roll up or wasn't rolling up at all. After months of struggling with trying to figure out why and not wanting to pay an arm & leg on repairing it, I just got into the habit of avoiding rolling the window down. Called Paul and after leaving a voicemail, he quickly got back to me on the same day. He was flexible and worked around my schedule. Within 5 minutes of looking at the window, he found the issue and quickly resolved it. Not only did he resolve the issue, he showed me what the problem was and what types of preventative maintenance I could do from having it reoccur. Paul is top notch!
