Says it closes at 7, but 6:30 the door is locked and no one here. No sign about closing early or anything.

The store in Portage told me I needed a new phone for 5G. Went to this store in Valpo and in 5 seconds he put in a new sim card saved me $100 and I was so happy!!!! Will definitely go here from now on!

Staff is not very helpful. Did not want to help me when i asked about buying a phone. Staff never showed me phones. I will never buy a phone from them again.

Always unnecessarily upselling. U don't know who to believe. What the stores tell u n what Boost customer service says its totally opposite. Call a boost corporate first before going to these franchised owned stores. I get they r in biz for $$$$ but they will take advantage if u don't educate yourself. Especially about the 5g change that BOOST CORPORATE SAYS March 1st, 2022 Is official change date.
