1st and last time I will do business with this company. Took my business to the local credit union. Poor customer service, providing wrong information, blames everything on delayed updates in the system, no effort to get answers that require a little work so they brush you off to the "customer service" 888#. Which turns out to be a nightmare, was hung up on multiple times, had to ask for a supervisor to get the right answers and was never able to speak to a supervisor ? don't waste your time with this company, customer service is not a priority!

BMO on Calumet in Valpo, has done me right since day one. Anytime I have questions or concerns, I receive immediate answers. I love that BMO always helps you with a resolution, they never get off the phone & leave you wondering what you should do next. I very much appreciate all their hard work.
