Brandy recommended two or three mattresses. Then, she patiently waited two hours while my husband and I tried those mattresses plus a few more. We also checked out various pillows. She gave us a senior discount and an estimated time of delivery which was within two weeks and on time. The men were polite and respectful. On top of it all, our grandson earned money for his school and $25 for himself. I highly recommend this team of professionals. Good prices.

Great customer service!! They gave us a great deal on the perfect mattress and power base for us. They are not pushy but informative. This was the 5th store that we had been to that day. I love the fact that they sell mattresses from family owned businesses and their selection is different than the other 4 that we had been to. I would highly recommend this store!

Brandy was fantastic!! I was honestly dreading going mattress shopping. We met Brandy who was so nice and helpful. She asked a few short questions and narrowed down our options to something we would both like (I previously thought this was going to be impossible). It was so easy and we never felt pressured. We found a mattress quickly and under budget. We ended up getting pillows too and spent more time picking out pillows than the mattress. Brandy actually made the experience so much fun. I’m absolutely in love with the pillows! The mattress is perfect too! We will never go anywhere else, I highly recommend stopping here if you need a mattress. Get the pillows too, you won’t regret it!

Brandy was such a big help! I highly recommend coming here to get tour mattress and support this small business owner! They also do fundraising events!For get those big name mattress stores and come here. It's a quiet experience and you won't feel pressured to test out or buy.

This place is great and they really work to help you find the right bed for you. I worked with Chris who helped me choose a new Rize adjustable base to replace my old craftmatic that wasn't working anymore. He was great as was the delivery team. Great job Ashley making sure everything got installed correctly and he took away my old base which was a blessing. Great service and fair prices and I like that they are locally owned and operated. Will be back when I need a new mattress.

Best place to buy a bed and support small business. Chris does right by the customer all the time. He also runs Custom Fundraising Solutions and supports the Local Northwest Indiana under-funded music programs. CFS brings so much goodness and funding I ro the schools.Bedzzz Direct has a perfect location and highest quality mattresses at so many different price points. Check it out when you are shopping for a bed. He is the real deal.

The best shopping experience. Told the sales rep what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for. Delivered the SAME DAY!!! Took the old away. Super high quality mattress and service. I have since replaced all my mattress sets from them.
