Wrong part! I put in the year make and model of my jeep and was told the part was in stock. When I arrived to pick it up, it was the wrong part. SAD!

I called the Valparaiso store and asked if they could tell me if they had a 12 mm Allen key or impact. The man who answered the phone told it'd be easier for me to drive there and look for myself! I'm 45 min away, how would that be easier for me?NO THANKS, BYE!! Never again will I shop there. Lazy worthless people in this world!! ITS YOUR JOB!!!!

Submitted on order for delivery and didn’t get everything I ordered. I was told to bring everything back in and they’ll give me what I’m missing. I have sick children and can’t just go back in. It defeats the purpose of having things delivered. Now I have to haul all my children in with a bunch of stuff and they won’t refund my delivery fee.

Guy at the counter was helping me had to run out for a VIN number when I came back he dropped me and started helping the other customer and then I started waiting again for another 10 minutes but the nice manager took care of me
