“They are honestly the best!! If I could give 6 stars I would! Billy is a good friend and Kelly has always been super honest with me about what really needs to be done to my car! I came in a few days ago after failing emissions and them telling me it was a catalytic converter that needed fixed. Kelly looked at it and told me that it really was just my sensors that needed fixed. He could have 100% charged me for the 1,100 dollar service I was expecting but instead I made it out of there only spending 300! And I passed emissions! I will always trust them with my car needs!!”
“I was helping a handicap acquaintance, and he was nervous. So I had to triple check things, and these men were patient while I did that. The cashier was also accommodating because she came out to the vehicle to speak with the gentleman instead of making things problematic. So they all went above and beyond normal service for this man. So, in doing so, I have many compliments for them.”

“These gentlemen are outstanding! My transmission on my old Yukon XL failed during my cross country trip from Colorado to New York so I had it towed to Accurate Auto and Transmission in Valparaiso. I got it there at noon on Saturday and they spent the extra time to diagnose the problem. They were then able to get a new transmission in and installed before 3pm on Monday. Safely getting me back on the road. Thank you guys!”

“I purchased a 2020 Dodge Charger RT from Greiger’s yesterday! I called up to the Greiger’s and Tom answered immediately. Tom was very patient with my three children and myself. The approval did not take that long, the whole dealership offered us waters and chips and were super friendly to the kids (who were being very hyper.)? I had to take the kids to the car so they wouldn’t touch anything so Tom went above and beyond and brought me all of my paperwork outside. All of the staff members made the process quick and easy. “Great service and follow up. They replaced the battery a year and a half ago. This car seems to have a problem with the battery going down if it is not operated every few days. So they tested the battery, for no cost. Battery is okay, problem is in the car. Their advice is good, and I know what to do next. I'll be back again when I need to.”

“Was camping in the area and developed a banging noise in my truck. Stopped by 1st thing in the morning without an appointment. They took the truck right in and found the cab mount bolts were loose. Tighten them all up and sent me on my way at no charge. Got me back on the road so I can continue my vacation. Highly recommend them if in the area.”

“Corbin and Arthur were amazing with me and my Volvo needs. I’ll be coming back. They helped me right away and gave me prices upfront and then called me back to confirm the prices. They did a good job replacing some AC components and my struts and shocks. No BS, just good business.

Went back because I thought something was wrong with my Volvo. They fixed it right away. 10/10 recommend this shop”
