I don't do many reviews but this store deserved a high score.
I broke a pair of my favorite glasses and apparently they were discontinued.
Shannon went above and beyond to track down the frames and replace them. I'll be going back for any eyeglass needs.
Her staff seem happy to be there as well.

Exam was fine. But about 4 months after getting my glasses I started see scratches by 6 months I can barely see out of them. Called up there and was told it was how I clean them. I've had glasses since I was 13years old now I'm 50 never have I had this problem before but to be told I don't no how to clean them was insulting to say the least. My glasses are almost $400 with insurance. I'm not even asking for free I'm asking to share that price I can't afford another pair and my insurance won't help for another 6 months. Should never have left the place I've always gotten them. Showed them and they said those are cheap lenses. And that I got ripped off. I've called customer service, told it was up to the manager and she said no to me paying $25 which I should of paid at the time but was already paying $386 and since I've never had a problem before, regretfully I chose not to pay. But she acted like it's coming out of her own pocket. Been in retail a long time to no from reading all your reviews that I wish I looked at before that this isn't the way to treat your customers. I wish I took the ladies name down who answered my call cause she literally said I was her fourth call today about scratches hmmmmm

I needed a quick repair to my rimless glasses. I stopped at America’s Best. Warmly greeted and immediately helped by Keairra. She promptly repaired my glasses with a smile and no charge. Very impressive service.

Got my vision test there, Dr. Smith was great.
But getting glasses wasn't fun. When I received the glasses, I could tell right away there was wrong prescription but told to take home and try them out. Tried for three days but same. Went back, and Amber noticed right away that the prescription was wrong.

My husband and I went into America’s Best and ordered glasses. Mine were prescription sunglasses. He paid for added insurance since he’s hard on glasses. The same girl measured our lenses for bifocal. After receiving our glasses we noticed they were not made correctly. We both tried, thinking we had to adjust to them. We went back the first time and the manager helped us. She adjusted the frames saying in most cases that’s all we needed. We went back a second time. I knew the bifocal was not correct on either pair. She measured and said the bifocal was in the right place on both pairs. Because by now my vision prescription had expired, she wanted me to make an appointment for a vision test. She would not correct my sunglasses at all. Completely wasted money on our part. Since he paid for insurance she wanted to make him a new pair using a different type of lenses and since she was doing that she said she would move his bifocal line. “It was only off one millimeter”. Even though minutes earlier she said they were in the correct spot. We are waiting for his new pair to see if that’s the problem. I knew the bifocal placement was the problem all along. The only reason he got satisfaction is because he purchased insurance.
We were not happy at all. I definitely would not recommend getting glasses from them.
If you decide to buy from them because they are cheaper I would highly recommend paying for added insurance. You may need it!!

Had a glasses emergency at work! They were able to see me same day and got me what I needed to hold me over! Staff was great and helpful!

Shnail was very kind, and helpful. she walked through all of the different options with no rush, and had patience when my boyfriend was having trouble picking a pair. I’m always nervous for appointments, and she eased that nerve for me!
