Have had 3 packages that have online said delivery attempt made, left instructions on how to pick up at home. I was home the entire day and no attempt made and no instructions left. That was the only day I had off of work when they were open and the hours of operation are hours I'm already at work unless i have vacation and I can not take vacation just to get something theyre supposed to deliver. Very frustrating..

Got notice that a delivery attempt was made. My office at home is literally next to the front door. They made no attempt to deliver. I'm sick of the worthless postal service. It needs to be privately controlled.

The person inside was very helpful and actually helped me box up something else that I wasn't shipping. Not sure what happened to the person with the bad review but my experience the few times I've been here have been perfectly fine.

A new "GUNG HO" army gal running inside at window ,one most hateful people you meet first few seconds. And for no reason whatsoever .
