Have been coming here for literally eight years since I moved to Upland never had an issue until this very moment I bought two vapes the other night have my receipt opened one soon as I opened it, hit it once kept firing and kept firing and kept firing. Finally it stopped after a few minutes I took it up to the store, the gentleman decided to tell me that it was not his problem. Nothing he could do about it even with my receipt I said this is beyond me. Usually you trade me out when this happens or you give me my money back for the one he told me that he could not do that , I asked for corporate number or his boss number he told me I had to give him my number I said no I don’t believe you’re going to call me back I would like your boss’s number he said no I cannot do that you do not get that number I asked for a corporate email. He told me no I could not get that this is beyond me I am so, dissatisfied and I will not be coming back to the store. The gentleman behind the counter was so rude and disrespectful talking very loud out of line.

I have been here twice since it changed owners about 12-15 years ago. I dealt with the guy, not sure if he owns it or just works there, outside of the gas station. He was not a nice guy, and I didn't like the way he talked to me. They also will frequently say the card machine doesn't work at the counter and then they ask for your card. From previous experience at other gas stations, I know this is a tactic to steal your credit card information and I don't trust it.
