Dr Roop is very kind and gentle, she is wonderful with my animals. I will go to her as long as she's in practice. The staff is also amazing here, they are great about following up and answering questions. The vet assistants also have a gentle demeanor that I appreciate with my pets as they're all rescues that need some extra patience.

If you are looking for a groomer, I highly suggest Brandi! She grooms two of our fur babies, and they look adorable when she is finished. You tell her what you want, and she does it. If you have a picture of what you might want, you can show them as well, and that helps, too.

The staff is terrific, they had 2 new ladies working. Tori and Riley , they were both excellent as well as Dr. Roop with the special care they took with princes Lyla .The prices were very reasonable for everything we had done .Thank you all

They took such good care of my Chloe and having the walk in service was so wonderful, I didn't have to wait until after the holidays for her to be seen. The most affordable service around also.

I love Dr. Roop and her team. They always take the best care of our babies and do what they can to get them seen timely! I love being able to communicate by text to triage what needs to be done for my dogs. Always recommend!!

We have used this vet and grooming for over 3 years. When we first moved to the area we used several groomers and a different vet. I think we have found the best in this area. The only negative I can think of is I don’t like leaving them for grooming. But the last time they were done in a couple hours. Yea!

Twelve Mile Veterinary Clinic, is hands down the BEST clinic we have ever been to. Very quick to get the furbabies in when they are not feeling well. And whenever making check-ups,shots, groom appointments we're usually seen within 2 weeks of calling. And now they have an app that can be downloaded, you can see all the furbabies information once you sign in. Manage medications, make appointments,and even send/recieve text messages. -The King Family

The techs got me in for an appointment for heartworm prevention even though they were booked and I’m so grateful! Everyone was so friendly when I got there and they treated my pup very well. Definitely recommend!
