Fast, friendly, quality service! With a smile that you could see even through a mask! The owner Angie was very professional and super nice. Her son who is filling in for the mechanic was very quick! We dropped in out of the blue from out of town and needed a new battery for our motorcycle They were able to quickly accommodate us and get us back on the road! I dropped my boat off on May 3rd. I was told on May 7th that the boat would be done soon and they were only waiting on parts. I called back on May 19th, the Tuesday before Memorial Day, and was told they had not touched my boat yet and it would be at least another week until they could look at it. I asked how this was possible since last time we spoke I was told they were just waiting for parts. After this they told me they would get to it the next day. The next day they called and said a seal was bad in the lower unit and they would need to order parts. I called on May 28th to get a status update and was told she would call me right back. I never received a call. On June 1st I called back and again was told they have not touched my boat. Obviously I went down that day to pick up my boat so I can take it to a competent shop. I am very disappointed to have lost over a month of the boating season and would not recommend taking your boat or anything else to this shop.
