Very unprofessional. The owner is impossible to reach once you sign the contract. No set schedule for anything. They would mow on Monday one week then maybe come back 2 weeks later on a Thursday. Then show back up That Saturday just to meet the required mows in the contract. Which would be fine if it was only occasionally, but this has only got worse the 3 years I have used them. They do just enough to not breach the contract. The mowing is only subpar, but they charge for professional service. Then have kids show up to mow. Not that kids can't be professional, but when the add promised so many years experience its pretty obvious the kid wasn't mowing in preschool. Probably doesn't even have a work permit, but that is a whole other issue. My point is save your money and do it yourself, or hire a reputable lawn care company. This is not that. I don't care what the fake reviews say. I wish I had taken the time to research before I called them!
