Had a bit of a problem with recent oil change. The oil filter failed and Beck jumped into action to take care of the issue they had my car towed to their location repaired and then brought my car home. Very pleased with how they handled this rare issue. These guys are the best.

While I’ve retained my relationship with my 35+ year auto repair agent in Shelbyville (our home for over 30 years), I’ve been looking for a shop more local to our current home in Whiteland. RG MOBILE was recommended to me by two trusted church friends when I needed repairs on our grandson’s 2005 college car. Brooks at the Franklin shop was polite, professional, prompt, and detailed in all our engagements and I immediately gained comfort and confidence in his knowledge and abilities. As they will tell you - they may not be the cheapest repair shop but their work is warranteed for three years and they are a NAPA-certified enterprise using only certified repair parts. To me, that is a solid value proposition and I appreciate “getting what you pay for” - trust and value. “Had an ammonia/ viniger smells from the air conditioner in our 21 Kia Sodona van. Put new air filter behind the glove box. But was not condensating so took to Franklin Muffler In Franklin and they blew out tube and all better. Best ever NO CHARGE. You guys are the best. God Bless you and thank you.”

“Always get great service when I come here. Jeff (the owner) has really good prices on his vehicles. He is very honest with me on what he thinks my vehicle needs and will refer me to other locations if need be. He also owns and sells truck beds. He will normally do insurance work, body work, paint, fix up and sell salvaged titled vehicles, and sell/install truck beds. I moved an hour and a half away but if I need to make a trip back to the area, I will try to stop by if I need any work done. I definitely recommend this shop.”
“In 2019, I had an electric issue with a 2006 Honda Accord. A rodent had chewed some wires and the transmission was not shifting properly. A new electric harness was over $700. Ken's spliced the areas the rodent(s) had chewed and my Accord is still running fine in 2023 (four years later). I would recommend.Service: Electrical repair”

So he found a rim for me and put it on and did the oil change as well. Very nice reliable people. I highly recommend them. : )”
